Sound Bath for Rest & Relaxation
Start Your Week Rested
Every Monday evening, Portal hosts an in-person sound bath grounded in Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls®. Whether you’re new to sound baths or a regular, all are welcome. All props are provided, so just bring yourself.
What to Expect
- An hour-long sound bath to guide you into deep rest
- Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls® from our collection, joined by rotating instruments including drums, handpan, chimes, and live vocals
- Cushioned mats, bolsters, and blankets provided, plus any additional props you’d like to bring
When: Mondays, 7 to 8 pm (doors open at 6:45 pm)

Sunday Reset Sound Bath
A Monthly Pause, From Wherever You Are
Once a month, join us live from home for a sound bath built around Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls®, designed as a reset for the weeks ahead.

- Simple guidance to help you set up your space at home

Mindfulness Meditation
Build or Deepen Your Practice
Twice a week, Jack leads an in-person mindfulness meditation supported by Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls®, for anyone starting or deepening their meditation practice.

Exploration & Discovery
Curious about sound healing? Portal Playdate is a hands-on, small-group workshop exploring Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls® — open to anyone, whether you’re a beginner or already have a practice of your own. You’ll get guided instruction, playtime with the bowls, and a closing sound bath.
What to Expect
- A guided introduction to sound healing and the bowls
- Hands-on time to play, explore, and experiment
- Bowl care, ergonomics, and playing technique
- Space to ask questions as you go
- A closing sound bath to bring it all together

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between a sound bath and the Portal Playdate?
In a sound bath, we play and you rest, guided into stillness from start to finish. In Portal Playdate, the bowls are in your hands: you’ll learn to play them yourself before closing with a shorter sound bath.
Do I need experience to attend?
No. Every offering on this page, in-person or virtual, is beginner-friendly.
Will every sound bath be the same?
No two are alike. We choose bowls before each session based on the room, the season, and what the moment calls for.
What should I bring to an in-person session?
Just yourself. We provide all props, mats, blankets, and everything else you’ll need.
